Welcome to Bear Sky Cabin, an updated 2 story 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom perfect mountain getaway! Quaint and cozy cabin is only 5 minutes to everything: skiing, boarding, hiking, biking, boating, fishing, shopping and dining. Enjoy beautiful views from the front deck, let the kids run around the fenced backyard and enjoy all Big Bear has to offer! It is near the main road which makes it easy to get to all things Big Bear! Bedroom Layout: Bedroom 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 2 Twin Bed with twin Trundle pull out (perfect for your little cubs!) Entire Cabin! Max occupancy 5 Max Car occupancy 3 No pets allowed under any circumstances Village Distance: 13 minutes away from the home. Slope distances: Snow Summit is 11 minutes away from the home. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 12 minutes away from the home. We have high chairs and pack n plays available at our office for rent for a fee of $25 per day for each or as a packaged deal, please notify us in advance if you would like to rent these during your stay. To comply with our city permit, there is a $45 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out. If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag. Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.
