In addition, the kitchen features three types of Coffee Makers: Keurig, Regular Carafe Coffee Maker and filters, and a Pour Over Coffee Maker. The coffee bar also offers disposable coffee cups and lids to take your drinks to go with a drawer of coffees, teas, hot chocolate, 4 types of sweeteners, and creamer. The kitchen has two sets of cookware-stainless steel and Teflon coated, a bread maker, griddle, crockpots both large and small, separate ice maker, blender, waffle maker, air fryer, electric kettle, toaster and a drawer of kid dishes. Bakeware, cutting boards, measuring cups, pizza stones. Everything to cook for the family gatherings/holidays including a full stand of spices. Extra salt, pepper, sandwich bags and aluminum foil. Candles with remotes located throughout the room in addition to a Smart TV with streaming. Extra dart tips and flights in the top drawer of the TV stand. The living room has a wood stove for cold days and cozy nights and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. Game Room: Featuring an electric fireplace with remote and two oversized leather couches with 4K TV for family movies. Bar height chess/checkers table. Pool table with linen playing surface. Queen size air mattress is available at the home as well for use. Outdoor Space: Relaxing balcony/deck space with bar seating for 6 and BBQ to stay home and grill all while enjoying views of the slopes of Bear Mountain. Loveseat and two chairs with a coffee table to relax and enjoy the quiet, watch the squirrels and birds and breathe in the mountain air. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood in the Moonridge area. The Bear Mountain Ski Resort is within 1/4 mile of the home. You may also drive down to Vons, Stater Bros, Walgreens, Maggio's Pizza and other convenience & groceries stores within 5-min driving distance. During Winter months, Bear Mountain Ski Resort offers free shuttle service, every 30 mins, to/from Snow Summit. Trolley stops directly across the road for access to Bear Mountain and the Village. If you don't want to pay for parking and have both skiers and family members that want to hang back at home, takes 10 mins round-trip to drop off the skiers and be back on your deck to enjoy the views of the mountain. *Parking Instructions: Please Park in the driveway or 1 car in the garage. (up to 3 cars allowed, 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage) *3 large sofas which can be used to sleep on as well. Occupancy (13) total allowed. Car Max (3) total allowed. *Garage Instructions: There are no garage door openers. Must open the garage door from inside the home. Open the door with a button to the left on the wall when walking down the stairs from the laundry room to the garage. *Not Pet Friendly *Views: Views of the slopes of Bear Mountain * Extra fridge in garage so lots of room for extra food and drink. *Trolley stops at Bear Mountain and Village is located directly across from the house on the corner of Moonridge and Sheephorn Road. House is located within 1/4 mile to Bear Mountain. *There are cornhole boards in the garage. Smart TVs in all bedrooms, living room and Game room for a total of 5 TV's. *Amenities for Babies and/or Young children: Baby gate for stairs located in the closet near the upstairs bathroom. A drawer of children's bowls, plates, silverware and cups. Step2 kitchen set with toys. Toddler puzzles. Toddler picnic table made of skateboard decks in game room. To comply with our city permit, there is a $45 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out. If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag. Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
