This charming home boasts a pitched ceiling with tongue and groove paneling on both the ceiling and walls, complemented by an open concept layout for an authentic cabin ambiance. The residence is meticulously maintained, showcasing granite countertops, laminate flooring, a river rock fireplace, and exquisite wood detailing throughout. 

The kitchen is fully equipped and features bar seating and wooden cabinetry, seamlessly transitioning into the dining area. We've recently added a rice cooker and crockpot to elevate your cooking experience. 

The master suite offers direct access to the deck via sliding glass doors, while the living room is furnished with a Queen-sized sofa bed.

Second bedroom: 1 Queen bed

Fox Farm has a history all it’s own and is a coveted neighborhood for residents while still being a great option for Big Bear Lake vacation rentals.  Bordered by Big Bear Boulevard, Starvation Flats Road, Fox Farm Road and Division Drive, this area includes some of the most exclusive homes in town.

Parking Instructions:  Please Park up to (2) cars in the driveway. Parking is around the corner off of Olympic Rd, not on Avalon Rd

Pet friendly (2 pets allowed) $75 per pet per stay fee required  
Pets are not allowed on the furniture and a fee of $100 will be applied if pets are found on the furniture.
