Kitchen: Fully equipped massive gourmet kitchen is an absolute dream with an enormous 9 foot quartz island and top of the line Viking oven and a open floor plan with water views

Dining Room:  Seating for 8 comfortably.

Living Room: The living room is enormous with a beautiful rock gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a wall of glass facing the water with unbelievable Boulder Bay scenery. Smart TV to stream your favorite shows.

Game Room: Featuring a pool table, new Zoola ping pong table, new Foosball table and recently installed artificial turf.

Outdoor Space: Expansive deck has a phenomenal 8 person jacuzzi with breathtaking views of the iconic Boulder Bay and a glass wall that is 6ft feet high to protect you from the wind and elements while being one with nature. The deck has plenty of room to entertain all of your guests and a Propane BBQ for all who love to grill. Please keep in mind that the canoe is not for guest use. 

Parking:  3 car garage. Parking for two cars as one car area is used for additional game room.  Up to (5) cars allowed max.  Garage access allowed.  Additional 3 cars can park in the large driveway.

There are 4 BR downstairs (king, king, queen, 2 twins). There is one bedroom upstairs (queen & twin bunk) and a loft w 3 beds connected to it.

Boulder Bay

Free Big Bear Trolley:

Mountain Transit's Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.

Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.

Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.

Pet Friendly (2) dogs under 25 lbs.  $85 pet fee per pet.

*Large and portable ECOXGEAR speaker for renters listening pleasure in the garage game room or anywhere in the house or deck. Just connect to blue tooth and enjoy

*Brand New Poker Table, Shuffleboard and Fire pit recently added!

*You will have full use of the first boat slip walking down the ramp for their boat and one to two jet skis can be stored in the jet ski slips. The lock code on boat dock is PLAY. 

* To comply with our city permit, there is a $45 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.

* If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.

* Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation.  This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we booked, everything exceeded our expectations. The house itself is amazing in every way. It is in excellent condition, very clean, and thoughtfully set up with so much to enjoy for a large family or group. There is truly nothing about this home that you will not love. The mountain and lake views are stunning and made the whole experience even more special.

What made all this a great experience was our hostess, Leanne. She was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. Not only was she attentive before we booked, but she continued to be very responsive throughout our stay. When a few minor issues came up, they were addressed immediately, which we truly appreciated.

This home made our family getaway so memorable. We are hoping to make this a yearly tradition, and this is definitely the house we will come back to. Highly recommend!" (10/5)
